AWESOME FINDS// 4 PACK TRAVELLING BOTTLES

Hi guys,
If there's one thing all naturalistas have in common it will be a stash of hair products. There's usually the moisturiser, the sealing oil or butter, the conditioner &/or deep conditioner and the shampoo. For the Bruce Lees of natural hair there'd be alot of other things like henna, bentonite/rhassoul clay, ACV and some other action packed products but you'll agree with me that when we travel we take just the basics- moisturiser, conditioner, oil and shampoo. So what do you do when you have to take a short trip? Go with all your heavy bottles of product,  go with none and leave your strands to the grace of God or improvise? I would improvise. I usually put a little of everything I need in smaller bottles. The bottles are usually random bottles in different sizes and don't usually look so cute in my bag. In answer to a prayer I don't remember praying, I found these bottles at Blenco supermarket Ajah:

N450
Cute or nah? I love them, especially the spray bottle. Here's what I think should be in each bottle:

Nice clean and cute bottles

Aside short trips these bottles will also be great for your day to day hustle. They are small enough to fit into most bags and still leave space for a baby hippo. The spray bottle can fit into most make up bags so you do not have to worry about your fro being dry halfway through the day. If you bump into them at your local supermarket be sure to make at least one pack yours. In other news my fro will be 2 soon...watch out for my hair update:-)
PS
I used my phone (S5) to type and post this. I hope it comes out well as it will mean I get to blog more!

Thanks for stopping by,

  2. This is a really great initiative and its cheap too! I'm not a natural hair person but I know it can come in handy especially for my face cleanser that the springy thing came off and I have to hold it up everytime.
Thanks for sharing this great find nne!

  3. Mehn, I'm in need of these bottles. I made the decision to start taking better care of my natural hair 2weeks ago and its been a struggle. I was looking at my fro just this afternoon and wondering why its so dry. I just spritzed it with one of those amazing spray bottles that contains amazing hair products (in my mind) and went back to work...lol #NoTime.

    1. Lol. I can understand the struggle. One thing you must know is that it gets better with time. The more you care for the fro the better it will look. Hang in there love :-)

APHOGEE 2 STEP PROTEIN TREATMENT REVIEW

Hi guys,    I don't know if I have mentioned it before but I have been shedding like crazy for months. I don't know how I still have any hair left on my head. My hair is also breaking and doesn't seem to retain moisture as much as it used to. After a really terrible day of detangling( I use a wide tooth comb now) and I knew I had to get help. I have seen quite a few Instagram testimonials on the Aphogee 2 Step Protein Treatment so I decided to try it out. Its a hard protein treatment that promises to stop breakage and shedding. I read a few reviews online first then I got right into it. I decided to get the sachets since its my first time. The white sachet contains the protein treatment while the lilac sachet is the balancing moisturiser.  N1000      The instructions were simple. To begin I laid out my products. From left to right- Aussie moist conditioner , applicator bottle, ORS shampoo, ORS replenishing conditioner(DC) an...
